Card Kits TCG — Transport Policy Effective Date: 5th September, 2025

This Transport Policy outlines the available options for receiving your order from Card Kits TCG.

 

We currently offer two methods: in-store pickup and local delivery.

 

1. In-Store Pickup

• Customers may choose to collect their orders directly from our shop located at [Insert Shop Address].

• Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email.

• Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID when picking up.

• Orders must be collected within 14 days of notification. Unclaimed orders may be cancelled or returned to stock.

 

2. Local Delivery

• We offer local delivery within Hong Kong.

• Delivery is available for orders over 500$ HKD or with delivery fee from SF Express.

• Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address.

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, re-delivery may incur an additional fee.

 

3. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 5 business days.

• During peak periods or special releases, processing may take longer. We appreciate your patience.

 

4. Delivery Delays

• While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Card Kits TCG is not liable for delays beyond our control but will communicate updates promptly.
