Card Kits TCG — Refund Policy Effective Date: 5th September, 2025

At Card Kits TCG, we take pride in the quality and authenticity of our products. Due to the nature of trading cards and collectibles, all sales are considered final. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we’re here to help.

 

1. Final Sale Policy
  • All items sold—whether sealed products, singles, or accessories—are non-refundable once purchased.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or buyer’s remorse.

 

2. Exceptions for Damaged or Incorrect Items

Refunds or replacements may be issued under the following conditions:

  • You received the wrong item

  • The item arrived damaged due to packaging or transit

  • The product is defective or incomplete

To qualify, you must:

  • Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • Provide clear photos of the item and packaging

  • Include your order number and description of the issue

We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on the evidence provided.

 

3. Refund Method
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to process depending on your bank or payment provider.

 

4. In-Store Purchases
  • In-store purchases follow the same refund policy.

  • Please inspect items before completing your transaction.

  • If an issue arises post-purchase, contact us within 3 days with your receipt.

 

5. Pre-Orders & Special Releases
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable unless the product is cancelled or unavailable.

  • If a release is delayed, we will notify you and offer options where applicable.
